About the Event
Enjoy a fun and healing night with community. This is a chance for you to shake out the old, release what is no longer needed and relax into your true essence.
The night will begin with some free flowing movement (about 15-20 minutes - no experience required), where you will be guided to explore new movements within the body to release stuck energy and create space within. Vocal toning and sound healing through the voice will be done as a group before settling in for a crystal singing bowl soundbath accompanied by voice, chimes, and sounds of nature.
